herbal mentorship

a one-on-one mentoring relationship for the blossoming herbalist. students can expect to build a materia medica and learn various herbal techniques, such as organic herb gardening, plant identification, sustainable wildcrafting/foraging practices, medicine making and formula blending, etc. each mentorship is a bespoke experience based on individual student interests and skill levels.

each session lasts one hour and is done over Zoom.

price is per session; sessions are weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

herbal consultation

a personalized, one-on-one consultation that can focus on specific diagnoses (e.g., illness, disease), chronic conditions (e.g., anxiety, insomnia), or how to generally incorporate herbs into your life for increased vitality.

sessions last about one hour. all sessions booked at $60 or more will include a free herbal formula or product.

private herbal party or event

private herbal parties for groups of 2-15 (bachelorette parties, birthday parties, retreat workshops/co-hosting, baby showers, etc.). workshops can include tincture making, herbal perfumery, DIY herbal oils, herbal skincare, herbal foot baths, plant-based tarot readings, herbal snacks, group meditation and reiki, herbal sauna, etc. please reach out to inquire.

reiki

reiki is healing japanese energy work that can target specific ailments, but also promotes overall wellbeing. it’s restful and meditative; recipients lie down and relax while energy is channeled to and transferred throughout their body. physical/healing touch can be incorporated based on client preference.

sauna ceremony

a traditional lithuanian pirtis ceremony in a traveling wood-burning sauna (i come to you). ceremonies can include whisking, honey body massage, sugar scrubs, meditation, and herbal aromatherapy. ceremonies are currently only offered 1:1.
